Give vitamin E (400 IU per day for an adult) plus a selenium source. Crushed Poultry Cell or Nutri Drench works. Hand feed and water in a quiet box. Most vitamin cases improve in 3 to 14 days. If no improvement after 2 weeks, suspect Marek's.
Prevention
Feed a quality complete ration. Avoid keeping birds on long term unbalanced scratch grain diets. Add a vitamin supplement to the water weekly in winter.
